COMBINE butter, onion, celery and mushrooms in a small saucepan.
COOK until tender but not brown, 3 to 4 minutes. Add gravy mix and water; stir until blended. Bring to a boil; stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer, stirring 1 minute until thickened.
Recipe note: Add 2 tablespoons white wine and a dash of Durkee® Thyme Leaf to prepared gravy for a gourmet touch!
