Brie with Pecan & Dried Fruit Glaze

Ingredients

1 cup Karo® Light Corn Syrup
2 teaspoons Spice Islands® 100% Pure Bourbon Vanilla Extract
1 tablespoon dark rum (optional)
1 cup diced, dried fruit (dates, apricots, cranberries, cherries, golden raisins or brown raisins)
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 large
(15 ounces)
Brie cheese, round

Directions

  1. Stir corn syrup, vanilla, rum, dried fruit and pecans in small saucepan over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes until bubbling and thickened.
  2. Remove from heat; cool to room temperature. (Can be made ahead and refrigerated. Warm slightly to serve.)
  3. Pour glaze over Brie round. Serve with crackers and bread slices.
