Ingredients

Fleischmann's®
1-Dish Bake & Rise Batter:


Mazola® Pure® Cooking Spray
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon Durkee® Parsley Flakes
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 envelopes Fleischmann's® RapidRise Yeast
1 cup very warm milk
(120° - 130°F)
1 egg
2 tablespoons Mazola® Corn Oil

Filling:

2 packages Durkee® Chicken OR Turkey Gravy Mix
2 cups cold water
1-1/2 tablespoons Durkee® Minced Onion
1-1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
2 cups cooked diced turkey OR chicken

Directions

  1. Mix batter ingredients together in a pre-sprayed 8 x 8-inch baking dish. In a medium sized saucepan, stir together gravy mix and water.  Bring to a boil and simmer 1 minute, stirring constantly.  Add onion, vegetables and turkey.
  2. Top the batter with the chicken mixture.
  3. Bake by placing in a cold oven; set temperature to 350°F; bake for 30 minutes, until baked through.

Serving Suggestions

Garnish with grape tomato slices and parsley, if desired.
