Wreath:
Place popcorn and gumdrops in large roasting pan; set aside.
Combine butter and marshmallows in 4-quart saucepan. Cook, stirring frequently, over low heat until marshmallows have melted and mixture is smooth. Add green food color; stir until well mixed. Pour over popcorn mixture in pan; mix well to coat. Stir in gumdrops.
Press popcorn mixture, using buttered fingers or wooden spoon, into greased 10-inch Bundt® or angel food cake (tube) pan until even with edges of pan. Let cool 15 minutes; remove from pan, using spatula if needed to release sides. Place onto serving plate.
To decorate, make bow with red fruit leather and holly leaves with green fruit leather. Use red gumdrops for berries. Gently press decorations onto popcorn wreath.
TIP: Place butter and marshmallows in large microwave-safe bowl; microwave on HIGH (100% power) 3 minutes. Stir well. Continue microwaving at 15 second intervals, stirring well after each, until smooth.
