Chili Lime Glazed Chicken

1/2 cup Karo® Corn Syrup with
Real Brown Sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons

lime juice

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Spice Islands® Chili Powder
1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands®Garlic Powder
4 boneless, skinless
chicken breasts
  fresh cilantro and lime (optional)

Stir together first six ingredients (all ingredients except chicken).

Pour half of glaze over chicken, marinate for 15 minutes (or longer if desired). Drain chicken, and discard marinade.

Simmer remaining half of glaze in microwave on medium (50%) power for 2 to 3 minutes using a 1-quart bowl or measuring cup.

Grill or broil chicken at 400°F for 5 to 7 minutes per side.

Drizzle cooked chicken with reserved glaze.

Serving Suggestion:
Garnish with fresh cilantro and thin slices of fresh lime.
